For producers and cooperatives: the plots behind every bag.

Register harvests and receipts from your members by plot and season, attach your certificates, and answer your buyers' evidence requests from the lot instead of by e-mail.

What you record

  • Harvests and receipts

Product, quantity in the units your people use, your own lot code, harvest dates and an origin reference of the farm or plot.

  • Plots

As points or polygons. A plot over 4 hectares recorded as a single point is flagged.

  • Certificates and lab results

Organic and other certificates on the lots they cover, each with who stands behind it.

What you approve

  • Each registration

A person with the right to approve confirms it with a second factor.

  • Each delivery

Checked against your lot rules before anything moves: allowed receivers, required certificates, expiry.

  • What you share

Sharing plot geolocation needs a statement confirmed with a second factor. The customer sees coordinates, never the farm's name.

What you prove

  • Where each lot came from

The lot's lineage back to its plots, with the production dates set against the 31 December 2020 cut-off.

  • Answers to evidence requests

A buyer ticks what is missing; you answer from the lot, or decline with a note.

  • A signed shipment pack

A signed document, with GeoJSON for the plots, that anyone can verify without an account.
