For traders and exporters: the evidence travels with the lot.
Collect lots and their evidence from many suppliers, ask for what is missing from the lot itself, and see requirement by requirement what a shipment's evidence holds before the container leaves.

What you record
Your suppliers and what they share
Connections one step up and one step down the chain, each sharing deliveries, certificates, plots or the EUDR statement item by item.
Deliveries
A lot, part of it or several lots at once, all or none, to a customer, a warehouse or a processor.
References and codes
The due diligence statement reference on each delivery, and each product with the commodity code of your country.
What you approve
Each delivery
Prepared by an operator, approved by someone else with a second factor, and checked against your lot rules first.
Who you deliver to
Deliveries go only to receivers your administrators allowed; anything else waits until they do.
Matches with sanctions lists
Your parties are checked against the official sanctions lists that apply where your company is registered. A possible match is only a suggestion: an owner or administrator decides.
What you ask for
Evidence requests to suppliers, with what is missing, a message and a date.
What you prove
An evidence check per shipment
Against the EUDR, FSMA 204 or the certificates your buyer requires: recorded, missing, not verifiable here, gaps first.
The signed shipment pack
With the plots as a GeoJSON file the EU Information System imports, and verifiable by anyone without an account.
The formats buyers ask for
PDF, Excel, CSV, JSON, EPCIS 2.0 and the UNTP product passport.
Your place in the chain
