Every certificate on its lot, with who stands behind it.
Attach certificates and lab results to lots, choose the labs and certifiers you trust for each type, and see which evidence was signed by its issuer and which the company only declared.

The problem
Certificates arrive as files by e-mail, and nobody can say quickly which lots each one covers or whether it is still valid.
Files without a lot
A certificate saved in a shared folder says nothing about the lots it covers.
Nobody knows who signed
A copy forwarded twice looks the same as one sent by the lab.
Expiry found too late
An expired or withdrawn certificate is noticed when a buyer asks, not before the lot ships.
What it does
The ledger records each certificate's type, who signed it, the fingerprint of the document and how long it is valid. The document itself stays with the company.
Certificates and lab results on each lot
Organic certificates, lab analyses, quality grades, sustainability schemes, or a type you name, such as a buyer's quality protocol.
Trusted issuers by type
For each type you choose the labs and certifiers you trust. Changing that is approved by the owner, and certificates from an issuer no longer trusted say so.
Evidence levels
Declared by the company, recorded by the company for a party, or signed by the party itself. The level is quoted everywhere and never upgraded.
Withdrawn and disputed
Only the issuer withdraws a certificate. A company that disagrees marks it disputed, with a reason and the evidence, and the issuer is told.
Evidence checks
Requirement by requirement against EUDR, FSMA 204, required certificates or your own set: gaps first, each with what would close it.

How it works
From the lab's document to a check your buyer can read.
Attach the certificate
The ledger keeps its type, signer, validity and the fingerprint of the document.
The issuer signs, or you record it
A lab with its own account signs from it; otherwise the company records it for the party, and the level says so.
Run an evidence check
Each requirement reads Evidence recorded, Missing, Expired or Withdrawn, Not verifiable here or Not applicable.
Close the gaps and check again
Check again says whether the result changed.
Who uses it
Labs and certifiers can sign from their own account, which they prove they control.
Operator
Attaches certificates and lab results to lots.
Owner
Decides which issuers are trusted for each type.
Auditor
Reads certificates, their levels and evidence checks.
Lab, as a guest
Uploads certificates for the lots that concern it.
