Findings explained in business words, before an auditor finds them.

The controls check your records every day and after new activity. Humboldt, the AI analyst that runs on Claude by Anthropic, explains each finding, groups findings by cause and suggests what to do next. People decide.

The problem

Records can contradict each other in ways nobody notices by hand.

  • More out than went in

A processing step that puts out more than went in, beyond the usual ratio for the product.

  • Dates in the wrong order

A lot delivered before its harvest date, or a certificate issued after the goods left.

  • Evidence in the wrong shape

A plot over 4 hectares recorded as a single point where a polygon is needed.

What it does

Two layers: the controls decide what is a finding; Humboldt explains, groups and suggests.

  • Versioned control packs

Packs for EUDR, FSMA 204, certification schemes and company policy. The same records against the same pack always give the same findings.

  • Findings with the records behind them

Each with its severity, what to check and its history. Acknowledge, resolve, reopen, or dismiss with a reason.

  • Explained and grouped

On request, Humboldt explains each finding in business words and groups findings that share one cause into cases. Every sentence cites the records.

  • Suggestions a person turns into drafts

At most three next steps per run: an evidence request, an evidence check, a recall review or a correction. Humboldt never creates or sends anything.

  • What it never does

It never says that a lot complies, never reads another company's records, and an AI check is never evidence.

How it works

The controls decide what is a finding. Humboldt explains. People decide what happens next.

  1. The controls check the records

Every day and after new activity, against the packs your company uses.

  2. Ask Humboldt

A person asks for an analysis on the Findings page.

  3. Read the cases

Findings grouped by cause and ranked, each sentence citing the records.

  4. Turn a suggestion into a draft

With one click. The draft is approved like any other change.

Who uses it

Humboldt works on the company's own records, under the same access rules as the person who asked.

  • Owner and administrators

    Are notified of high-severity findings.

  • Operator

Asks Humboldt and turns a suggestion into a draft.

  • Approver

Approves the drafts like any other change.

  • Auditor

Reads findings, cases and the records behind them.
