Ask for evidence from the lot, not by e-mail.

Connect with suppliers and customers one step up and one step down the chain. Each side chooses what it shares about the lots it delivers, item by item, and missing evidence is requested from the lot itself.

The problem

What a buyer chases its suppliers for, lot by lot, is evidence.

  • Evidence by e-mail

Due diligence data, certificates and lab results arrive as attachments, late, for the wrong lot.

  • Plots without a legal basis on record

Plot coordinates can identify a farmer, and need consent or another legal basis before they travel.

  • Recalls that stop at the first company

A recall rarely reaches the companies two steps down the chain.

What it does

A connection is the channel for exactly that evidence, under each side's consent and item by item. Sharing records who declared what; it does not make the evidence true.

  • Connections, item by item

Deliveries, certificates, lab results, the EUDR statement, plot geolocation, carbon footprints and processing yields, each shared separately.

  • Plots shared with a statement

Sharing plot geolocation needs a statement confirmed with a second factor. The customer sees coordinates, never the farm's name.

  • Evidence requests

Tick what is missing, add a message and a date. The supplier answers from the lot, or declines with a note.

  • Received lots with their evidence

Lots from connected suppliers arrive under Received, with what the supplier shares and what is missing.

  • Recalls along the lineage

Every company holding lots made from the recalled lots is told, even beyond your connections, where you see counts, never names.

How it works

One connection, one consent, one request at a time.

  1. Ask to connect

From Network, Connections; the other company accepts or declines.

  2. Each side chooses what it shares

Item by item, about the lots it delivers to the other.

  3. Request what is missing

From the lot. The supplier is reminded as the date nears, and both sides see Overdue after it.

  4. Close or reopen

The buyer closes the request, or reopens it as Still missing within 30 days.

Who uses it

Prices, quantities on offer and a company's other customers and suppliers are never shared.

  • Operator

Sends and answers evidence requests from the lot.

  • Administrator

Manages connections and what each one shares.

  • Owner

Confirms the plot statement with a second factor.

  • Auditor

Reads the evidence received with each lot.
