Deliveries that check your rules before anything moves.

Hand a lot, or part of it, to a customer, a warehouse or a processor. Several lots go in one delivery, all or none, and lots from companies on the platform arrive with their evidence.

The problem

A delivery note says what left. It rarely says whether it should have.

  • The wrong receiver

A lot reaches a buyer nobody allowed, and the mistake is found after the truck has left.

  • Half a shipment

Some lots of a shipment move and others do not, and the records no longer match the goods.

  • Evidence left behind

The goods arrive; their certificates follow by e-mail, if at all.

What it does

A delivery is a proposal a person approves, checked against your lot rules first.

  • A lot, or part of it

Deliver a whole lot or a quantity of it to a customer, a warehouse or a processor.

  • Several lots, all or none

Every lot of a delivery goes, or none does.

  • Lot rules first

When a receiver is not yet allowed, the delivery says so and waits until your administrators allow it.

  • Received with evidence

Lots from companies that also use the platform arrive under Received, with their certificates and the evidence that company shares.

  • Stop all deliveries

When everything must stand still, one action stops registering, delivering and processing for the whole company; corrections and certificates go on.

How it works

From a proposal to the lots in the receiver's hands.

  1. Prepare the delivery

Choose the lots, the quantities and the receiver.

  2. The lot rules are checked

Allowed receivers, required certificates and expiry, before anything moves.

  3. A person approves

With a second factor. An owner can let moves between the company's own sites approve themselves.

  4. It arrives with its evidence

The receiver sees the lots under Received, with what you share.

Who uses it

Every delivery shows who prepared it and who approved it.

  • Operator

    Prepares deliveries.

  • Approver

Approves them with a second factor; never creates.

  • Administrator

Allows the receivers the company delivers to.

  • Owner

Decides whether moves between the company's own sites approve themselves.
