Reports a buyer can check without trusting us.

Dashboards where every number opens its records, reports for EUDR, FSMA 204, traceability and certificates, and a signed audit pack anyone can verify without an account.

The problem

A report assembled by hand is hard to trust and harder to check.

  • Numbers without sources

A figure on a slide cannot be traced to the lots behind it.

  • Copies nobody can verify

A file forwarded three times may not be the one that was sent.

  • Packs rebuilt for every buyer

The same evidence is gathered again for every shipment and every audit.

What it does

Every number comes from the records, and every document is signed. A report gathers evidence; it is not a declaration to an authority.

  • Dashboards that explain their numbers

Lenses for EUDR exposure, suppliers, traceability, harvest and processing, data quality and certificates. Every number opens its records.

  • A catalog of reports

EUDR evidence and shipment packs, FSMA 204 records, chain of custody, recall scope, mass balance, certificate validity and the certification audit pack.

  • The formats people ask for

PDF, Excel, CSV, JSON, GeoJSON for plots, EPCIS 2.0 and the UNTP product passport.

  • Signed, and verifiable by anyone

A PDF carries its signature inside the file; other formats come with a signed manifest. The verification page checks a copy without an account.

  • Verifier access

Give an auditor, certifier, buyer or authority read access to chosen lots for at most one year, with every read logged.

How it works

From the records to a copy anyone can check.

  1. Choose a report

From the company catalog, for a lot, a shipment or a period. Reports can be scheduled.

  2. It is signed

Inside the PDF, or with a signed manifest for other formats, dated by a trusted time-stamp where one is configured.

  3. Share it

Send the file, or give a verifier access to the evidence itself.

  4. Anyone verifies a copy

On the verification page, without an account: whether it is unaltered, and who signed it.

Who uses it

Reports are read inside and outside the company; each reader sees what the company chose to show.

  • Operator

    Generates and schedules reports.

  • Auditor

Reads reports and the audit trail.

  • Owner

Creates verifier access with a second factor, and revokes it.

  • Verifier

Reads only the lots and the evidence the access covers.
