EUDR evidence for every lot, before it ships.
Record the plots, the production dates and the due diligence statement reference with each lot. An evidence check shows what is recorded and what is missing. It is not a legal opinion, and the platform never states that a lot complies.

The challenge
The EUDR asks companies to show where their goods were produced and that the land was not deforested after 31 December 2020.
Seven commodities
Cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya and wood, and products made from them (Annex I).
Geolocation of every plot
Points, and polygons for plots of more than 4 hectares.
The 31 December 2020 cut-off
No deforestation on the plots after that date.
The due diligence statement
Its reference number travels with the goods to the next company.

How A-REX handles it
The platform records evidence; you make your own due diligence and file your own statement.
Record the plots
Each as a point or a polygon on the site of its producer, kept encrypted and off the public record.
Record production dates
The date or time range of production of each lot, against the cut-off.
Share plots with consent
A supplier shares plots under a statement confirmed with a second factor; the customer sees coordinates, never the farm's name.
Carry the statement reference
On each lot; a control flags a lot delivered abroad without one.
Run the evidence check
Thirteen requirements, gaps first, each with what would close it. Satellite or field evidence is marked Not verifiable here.

An evidence check lists what the records hold. It is not a legal opinion and never says that a lot complies.
