For processors: every output lot names what went into it.

Receive lots with the evidence your suppliers share, process them into new lots that keep every input, and see where output and input do not add up before a buyer or an auditor does.

What you record

  • Lots you receive

Lots from suppliers on the platform arrive under Received, with what they share and what is missing.

  • Processing

Drying, hulling, roasting, milling, crushing or slaughter make new lots that keep their inputs. Splits and merges do too.

  • Lab results and quality grades

On the lot they describe, with the lab that issued them.

What you approve

  • Each processing step

The form warns when the output looks too high or too low, and a person approves the step with a second factor.

  • The issuers you trust

For each certificate type, the labs and certifiers you accept. Changing that is approved by the owner.

  • Holds and corrections

Approved proposals. The corrected version replaces the current one, and the earlier version stays on record.

What you prove

  • Mass balance

Processing output against input, with a finding where it does not add up, explained by Humboldt.

  • Lineage both ways

Each output lot back to its inputs and their plots or farms, and forward to every holder.

  • Recall scope

Every lot, holder and quantity a recall reaches, from the same lineage.
