Help on every page, a help center and a setup checklist

Press ? (or Shift+/ or F1) for help about the page you are on, browse the new help center, and follow a setup checklist that ticks itself as you work.

Help is now part of every page of the console, in your language.

The help panel

Select ? in the header, or press Shift+/ or F1 when you are not typing in a field. The help panel opens on the right, beside the page you are working on:

  • This page: what the page is for, its main tasks and the terms it uses.
  • Related: articles that explain the ideas behind it, such as lots, the ledger or evidence levels.
  • Your next step: the next task of your setup.
  • A search box over all of the help.

Articles open inside the panel, so you never lose your place. From the panel you can also ask the assistant, contact support or report a problem. Press Escape to close it.

The help center

The help center brings everything together on one page: an operating guide in fifteen chapters, from setting up your company to automations and dashboards, short explanations of key ideas, answers to frequent questions, and this list of what is new. Start with Set up your company.

A setup checklist that follows real progress

Home shows a checklist of the steps that get your company running: profile, products, sites, team, keys, ledger, then your first lot, approval, delivery or processing, certificate and report, connecting your systems, your first automation and inviting a partner.

Nobody ticks the boxes: each one is ticked by itself when the console finds the record that completes it. If a step needs attention, for example a farm without geolocation for a product under the EUDR, it says so. Each person sees only the steps their role can do. You can hide the list from Home; it stays in the help center, and it leaves Home by itself once everything is done.
