Acceptable use policy

What you must not do with this site and A-REX Platform, so that every company's records stay trustworthy and the service stays safe for everyone.

Last updated: 5 November 2026.

Scope

This policy is part of the terms of service of A-REX Platform, provided by A-REX (company in formation). It applies to everyone who uses this site, the console, the API, the MCP server, the assistant or agents, and to the people and programs who act for them.

Records you can stand behind

  • Do not record what you know to be false: a quantity, a place, a date, a certificate or a holder.
  • Do not record facts in another company's name, or present a certificate as issued by a body that did not issue it.
  • Do not record personal data you have no right to process, and do not place names, tax numbers, contacts or precise locations in fields that are public or shared.
  • Do not use the platform to hide where goods come from, to launder goods across companies, or to evade a court order, a recall or an authority's request.

Words that overstate a record

A lot record is a traceability record. In your own materials, do not describe it as title to the goods, as a pledge, as a warehouse receipt, or as a Brazilian rural product note (CPR), certificate of agricultural deposit (CDA) or agricultural warrant. Do not offer it as an investment, a means of payment or a product that pays yield, and do not write that it is backed by the goods or can be redeemed for them.

Do not say that A-REX, the platform or the A-REX standard certified a lot or a company, or that a lot is compliant because it is on the platform. The platform shows evidence and gaps, never a verdict.

The service and other companies

  • Do not access, or try to access, another company's records, an account or a key you were not given.
  • Do not probe, scan, overload or bypass the service, its rate limits, its approvals or its environments, except to report a vulnerability as the terms describe.
  • Do not copy the service's content or other companies' public pages in bulk, or use them to build a competing directory.
  • Do not send malware, spam or unsolicited bulk messages through the platform, its e-mails or its channels.
  • Do not impersonate A-REX, the A-REX Foundation, a company, a certification body, an authority or another person.

Agents and the assistant

  • Do not use the assistant or an agent to produce misleading claims, or to prepare changes your company has not decided to make.
  • Do not write instructions into lot notes, party names, documents or messages meant to steer another company's assistant or agents. The platform treats such text as data, and attempts are recorded.
  • Do not give an outside agent more access than the work needs, and do not share its credentials.
  • Respect the usage policy of Anthropic, whose models power these features.

Sanctions and the law

Do not use the platform if you, your company or its owners are subject to sanctions that forbid dealing with A-REX or its providers, or to trade in goods that the law of the place of trade forbids. Comply with the export, customs, data protection and anti-corruption laws that apply to you. A screening tool in the platform is your company's tool, not an A-REX decision.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, refuse a request, limit an integration or an agent, or suspend access. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to fix the problem; where a breach puts the service, other companies or people at risk, we act at once and tell you why. Serious or repeated breaches can end the account, as the terms describe.
