What changed in the console from 24 to 29 October.
The lot page in tabs
A lot's page now opens in tabs: Overview, Story, Origin, Deliveries, Rules & add-ons, Certificates and Interoperability. Each tab has its own web address, so a link opens it directly. See Lot page.
- Story lists what happened to the lot, then its Lineage as a Graph or a Table. See Read a lineage.
- Origin shows the plots on a map, with 2020, EUDR reference (10 m) under Layers, the EUDR tiles and the Plots table. See The Origin tab.
- Deliveries shows each tracked delivery with its custody record and temperatures. See On the lot's page.
Certificate documents
A file attached to a certificate is checked for malware before it is kept, then stored encrypted. See What is stored and checked.
- Under Who can see this document, a document stays with your company or is shared with the companies you deliver the lots to. For each connection and each verifier access, your company then chooses whether they only see that it exists, view the pages, or also download the original. See Who sees a certificate document.
- Pages seen from outside your company are marked as a viewing copy for the reader.
- Who opened this document lists who viewed or downloaded it, when and through which access. See Who opened this document.
- A document becomes public only when one member asks and a second member approves. See Public documents.
- On the public check page, anyone can check a file against the fingerprints certificates recorded, without sending the file. See Check a certificate document.
Custom roles and organization invitations
An organization can define custom roles: each starts from a built-in role and keeps only some of its permissions, then is given in any of its companies. See Custom roles. An invitation to the organization names the person's organization role and the companies they will open, each with its role. See Join an organization.
Members lists everyone in the organization with their roles. Open it from the company picker in the header, under your organization's name. See Organization members and The company picker.
The Actions menu in the page header
Every page starts with the same header. Less frequent actions on the page's object, such as Correct information on a lot, are in its Actions menu, destructive ones at the end; buttons that do not fit the width move there too. On a lot, Deliver and Split or process stay as buttons. See The page header.
Products on your directory profile
Directory profile now lists the products your company offers or seeks, with their origin countries, in a Products table; quantities and prices are never shown. Review and publish shows your company page as other companies will see it and what to fix before you publish. See List the products you offer or seek and Review and publish.
